Horses in the Morning Fog
What a beautiful sight that I heard before I saw it. The sound of the horses coming to feed, riding through the morning fog. They burst through the fog in a gallop. I was just lucky to be there with my camera.
The small village we lived in, Little Coxwell about 20 miles west of Oxford, had many paths right out our front door. These images were all taken within a 15-minute walk, generally early morning with the ground fog hanging over fields or later in the evening as skies darkened but the sun still shone from the west. It was a wonderful place for us to spend 18 months. We enjoyed the village life with only 130 residents, a pub, and being surrounded by farms, animals, and great neighbours.
